We are currently in interregnum since the departure of Revd Camilla Campling-Denton. Each of the three parish churches is holding one Holy Communion service a month with a visiting priest and there is also a Family Service of the Word on the first Sunday led by Lay Worship Leader, Ruth Abbey. at Melsonby.
St Paul's is within the Stanwick Group of Churches Benefice. Please click on 'More Information' in the menu to the left to see the rest of the benefice. Please also check our own website for details of services as in a joint benefice circumstances may make it necessary to depart from the normal service routine. Look at the Calendar page to confirm the date, time and venue of services.
The church also houses a Village Information Centre where there is a stock of leaflets on local public services, local events, tourist venues etc. The church also acts as the collection point for pre-ordered newspapers in the village.
The floodlighting can be sponsored to celebrate or commemorate a special person or event. Please see our benefice website for more details.
If you want to arrange a wedding or baptism in St Paul's use this link to send a request for details.
If your guests are unused to attending church, contact here for details on a good local church wedding choir who can support the hymn singing and sing anthems for the congregation during the signing of the registers. Several members sing in our churches regularly but may bring in additional singers for weddings.
